• Introducing special acts and schemes by government for women in employment and education.
• Ensuring utmost security for them and thus the society believes in security provided by government
•  Severe punishable acts should be strengthened for crimes against women
• Implementation of strict maternal leaves during pregnancy with full allowance
• Ensuring female's independent decisions in her life issues like marriage
